DELIVERY AND RETURN

Order online

To order online nothing simpler. Select your jewel, its size, its color, especially do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. For online payments, they will be requested by Paypal, by debit or credit card. When a payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. If you have trouble paying online, please contact us directly and we can process your order by email or phone.

Delivery information

Online purchases are subject to shipping and packaging costs, the price of which depends on the purchase value and the delivery address. All orders in France and in Europe are insured and sent via Colissimo and for other countries by DHL express mail.

The delivery time varies depending on the payment authorization and the availability of the product. All of Hélène's jewelry is made from our workshop in Nantes, France. Each piece is made to order and will take between two and four weeks from confirmation of your order. However, please let us know if you need your order urgently.

We use the Colissimo tracking and signature service for deliveries in France and Europe. The delivery time takes 3-5 working days. We charge a flat rate of € 10 for delivery in France and € 15 for delivery in Europe. If you would like a faster delivery option, please contact us directly and we can arrange delivery by courier.

Les productions d'Hélène SARL / Hélène Turbé accepts no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the client. We recommend that items be sent using a secure and timely fully tracked service. If you want a non-offered or specific means of transport, please let us know at contact@heleneturbe.com.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, outside of Europe, we charge a flat rate of € 50 for deliveries. If you need your item urgently please let us know at contact@heleneturbe.com.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service of the country of destination and Hélène Turbé / Les productions d'Hélène SARL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service of the country or customs controls. All customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be provided by email when your order has been shipped.

The packaging

Each order is carefully packed in a Hélène Turbé case, prepared by hand with the utmost care. Your package is secure and anonymous.

When you give a gift, do not hesitate to ask us to put in your package a personalized card for the recipient of your jewelry. We will be happy to help you provide a unique experience!


Can I cancel a custom order

We are committed to making our customers happy, please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your purchase.
However, a custom or personalized order cannot be modified or canceled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order.

Can I return a piece of jewelry

We are committed to making our customers happy, please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your purchase.

When purchasing in a store, we do not issue any refund. Any purchase that does not meet your needs could be exchanged.

If the amount of the new jewel chosen was lower than the price of your initial jewel, a credit equivalent to this difference will remain usable before December 31 of the same calendar year.

When purchasing online, we are legally obliged to issue a refund if requested within 14 days of the day of purchase and validation of your order. On the other hand, this rule would not apply to our personalized jewelry (rings in a size different from the standard size available, jewelry engraved or made on request).
The products must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging and by the same type of transport as that used for the initial delivery.

Tax and currency

Hélène Turbé is registered for VAT (registration number FR52833206022) and, as such, we are required to charge 20% VAT on orders shipped within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU are eligible for prices excluding VAT, but may be subject to import duties.
All items indicated are inclusive of VAT.

Please send us an email to find out the cost of sending an article abroad contact@heleneturbe.com, we will remove the VAT from the article if you are a resident outside the EU.

If you order products on our site for delivery outside of France, may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your customs office.
